Solid Ground
I am faced with many trials
That I fear I cannot take
Will You put me on Your shoulders?
As I seek to take a break
All the demons of the world
Will not ever bring me down
For my Father You are with me
I am built on solid ground
When You promised to protect me
I knew then I'd be okay
So I'm ready for the trials
Cause I know You'll lead the way
And when life becomes too burdened
And there's trouble all around
I know Father You'll protect me
Cause I'm built on solid ground
Now I'm right here in the open
And I'm standing firm and strong
I am ready for the battle
Cause I know it won't be long
When the Savior comes to take me
Yes I know I'm heaven bound
And I'll stand before my Father
Cause I'm built on solid ground
