June's Rhymes
My Son
I've cried many tears, all these years.
Inside I burn, with no where to turn.
How broken I feel, I can't cope, or deal.
I miss you so much, my heart I clutch.
Gone so long, it just feels, so wrong.
Oh, to hold you again, my little man.
To see your face, and give an embrace.
How good it would be, for you and me.
Some day my son, my race will be run.
I'll hold you to my chest, then, I'll rest.
