When you needed me
I was always there

The boot was my back

Yet even if the boot was empty

Rid of the agony
The imagery, the pain, oh the hurt

Scaring me
Scratching and not caring
When you smash me up
Mechanics hurting me trying to fix me
There was no point
I just kept breaking down

You'd park me in bad places
Cold and windy
Not protect me or clean me
As a human i clean myself
Just cannot clear myself of your

If you cleaned me
You'd use bad stuff for the paint
Anti friendly harsh cleaners
As a human
You'd get me things bad for my skin
I try to explain
Its sensitive outside as much on the inside

Glad now i belong to myself

If cars understood they'd also
Be so happy
You're no longer the owner
They'd get more water
Get the oil changed more often
No more bad driving
At least now its got its freedom too and
