I Dedicate This Poem To My Sisters, Violet, Sonia And Helen.
They had begun six sisters, there
Number now is four, better known
As the formidable four, hard as
Chromium yet sweet and soft as
Clover, they had in essence sewn
Their lives round one another.
There was never a time that they
Didn't rush to one another's side,
When ever there was sickness, death
Or any kind of trouble, nothing
Stopped the three from getting to
The one who needed aid, thats the
Way these sisters were made, as
Strong as chromium, yet soft and
Sweet as clover.
They had quilted a blanket of love
From one to the other, sown together
Throughout the years, one binding
Stitch at a time, with many threads
Of love, chromium and clover continue
To sew, a bond so strong it can
Never be broke.
