FARAWAY
Castaway on an isle of silk sand
Faraway treasures of another land
Sea meets sky and melts to confection
Palm trees sway in heady perfection
Faraway is this slip of tropical ideal
Constant sunshine is of certain appeal
Solitary bays where my mind stretches far
Breezes that whisper on the strings of a guitar
Waves rush in to a meandering shore
Soaking my feet with pleasures in store
My dreams far and wide on imaginations flight
Tumbling down waterfalls from the greatest height
This island I return to time and again
My bolt-hole where sanity I gradually regain
