An Autumn Emergence
The Fairy crawls out
Of her warm cocoon,
Knowing that the sun
Will be shining soon.
She looks at the leaves
Wonderful colours they are,
She is so very happy
Flitters and flutters, near and far.
She knows the days will get cool
But, she doesn't mind at all,
This is her favourite season
Looking at the colours of Fall.
This colourful playground
She knows it's all hers,
She becomes one with Autumn
Beneath a sky most azure.
