Oh Well…Just Another Day!Oh well, just another day to get through, Just like every other day that I see! But I don't take them for granted, oh no! I'm so very lucky to be here, lucky? That's me! And every morning when I awake, I breathe in a sigh so deep, For once more, I awoke to the morn, And relief begins to seep! For we are all on borrowed time, we know, But mine is more borrowed than some! Trust me, if you had this body you'd agree! I think that you'd panic and run! Saying all that - look what God gave to me! He blessed me with words so true, And gave me the wisdom to use them well, I hope I always use them well too! For the words that flow from my mind, Are put there for me to devour, I delve into my head and heart you see, And write out my trials by the hour! For without these words, I tell it true, I don't think I would have been here this day! So I thank my God for these words of mine, As I thank Him for my life every day! And though I may not always say it aloud, In my head and heart He knows me well, Hears all I say, when to Him that I pray, For he saves me from a damming hell! If I didn't have my faith you know, Then I surely would be living in hell! Because out on a limb, alone without Him, I wouldn't be here, or able to tell… …Tell of my fears and trials and tribulations, And eke it all out, move the mud from my brain, For without the help and support of He, I would certainly have gone insane!
