Peanuts
Photo from photobucket. On cold days she rides the bus and eats treats.
The Driver of the bus is a kind and gentle man
He will help the riders any way he can
She sat down in the second seat after greeting with a smile
Staying very busy for it seemed like quite awhile
She reached out to offer him some peanuts from her hand
He took and quickly ate them he was feeling mighty grand
To have a rider care for him and share, this special treats
He smiled as he thought about this lady small and sweet
She offered him some more and he kindly offered back
“I don't want to eat all the peanuts from your snack”
She said “not to worry sonny, they had a chocolate coat
I sucked off all the chocolate but the peanuts hurt my throat”
