Through The Eyes Of A Poet...      767970 Poems Read

I apologise in advance!!

Mooching through 4,000 poems today...
I have come across many...
Many I had forgotten about!
Including this one!!

I am soooooooooooo sorry!!

But I couldn't resist!!!
--------------------------
I Used To Be A Poet, Once!

I used to be a poet, once,
But that became the pits...
Cos I used to always get the runs,
Hence-known here, as the sh*ts!

I live in Liverpool, you know the one,
Down near by the dock road!
It's a little bit on the rough side,
Well, I guess it's an abode!

But the water here is mucky,
In fact, it's full of tu*ds!
As you walk along the sand;
You can see it on the feet of birds!

So if you ever go a-wandering,
Along the famous Liverpool dock road!
Watch out for the low flying sh*t,
As the pigeons drop their load!
