The LORD Will Heal
You are wounded and near death,
Gasping for air with each breath;
As your body feels all sore,
No medicine can ever cure.
Your friends have forgotten you,
Their friendship has no value;
Like enemies who care less,
Whether failure or success.
Your sins are countless and cruel,
Because you forget God's rule;
So He punishes your brain,
Giving no relief for pain.
Your foes then rob and destroy,
Everything you enjoy;
Since you do not understand,
The Lord and His guiding hand.
But God will heal get you well,
So you will not burn in Hell;
If you confess sin and guilt,
Letting salvation be built.
