Oh, Momma!Oh Momma, If I could only whisper in your ear again, I would tell you how's it's been.... Without you my days seem so long, I can't seem to find the right rhythm in my song. The roses are lovely this year, They remind me of you Mother dear. Oh Momma, If I could hold your precious hand, You'd gently make me understand... Why you had to go away, And I had to stay.... Oh Momma, I know I must sound so blue, But actually I'm smiling back at you... Cause when I look at the rose, And smell the fragrance with my nose... Your presence is so true, I whisper out loud, "Oh Momma, I Love You." (I wrote this poem because my mom has trouble putting words on paper, so I decided to do the writing, dedicated to her mother) Poetry Ad-Free Upgrades Vote for this poem
