The Penalty for Committing a Crime
If you commit a crime,
Then you are merely slime;
Showing that you are flawed,
For sinning against God.
You must confess your guilt,
And walls that you had built;
Between you and the Lord,
Has broken your accord.
You must show your regret,
And go repay your debt;
To the one you caused pain.
For the damages sustain.
More to it to repent,
Also twenty percent;
As a fine to be paid,
For restitution made.
God wants you to restore,
And to even the score;
Able to make amend,
Anyone you offend.
