 BALTIMORE GIRL (Free Verse)

~Baltimore Girl~
(Free Verse)

Baltimore girl I just wish
I'd met you a long time
Ago when you were so young
Like when you were materialized
Right here in this
Very old photograph of yours

I just can look at you and
I can't help it but stare
You look so very beautiful
In that very pretty dress
That you wear here

That pink dress matches everything
Perfectly well, with everything that you had on
And those very sweet ribbons and bows
Flowing so nicely around long hair and
Out of that very sophisticated hat of yours
That you wear right on top
Of that pretty head of yours

Oh! Baltimore girl you're such a delight
To watch all the time
Thru this very old picture of you
That someone took a very long time ago.
