When Evil Comes
As satan flares his wicked tongue
Lord, give me the strength to rise above
taking on Your Armor and Shield
help me put out his fire with love.
Help me bring Your sunshine
in the dark dead of night
harness his tongue so
they can see your ultimate Light.
Give me courage to complete your goal
remembering it's not of flesh that is fought
but of satan who comes into destroy
every family he has sought.
Help me bless those that curse
bringing prayer into one accord
breaking satan's hold on families
which will reap a heavenly award.
