GONE
A haunted look
Appears his face
His eyes lost
In a world full of memories
He can't recall
Ever coming home at night
And her
Not being there
Tears begin to trickle
Her serene smile
Lazes at the back
Of his mind
She's gone
And
He fears
What will become of him
Anger is his best friend
Some days
And others drown his cries of
Self pity
Her presence
Imbued in his soul
Nurses
His broken heart
