About a series of events that took place in my life in a period of 3 years # Why did you lead me on Making me think I stood a chance We both thought We were out of eachothers leagues I couldn't win with you I asked for enternal life You walked away Breaking my heart with rejection Or with just plain utter madness Pleading insanity What was wrong My friends thinking That i was out of your league That you thought i kept pulling you into me That you could never be good enough for me That why do i lure you in For you is no cure You wanted me Then why did you say no Even i thought i'd never ever be good enough to be One of you That always will there be something wrong Now i know i definitely am out of your league You don't even want me It was just a game Between you and your friends Why did they show up I remember your friends and the rose Vote for this poem
