 No Wires In The Sand
Image Hosted by ImageShack.us

The Hot soft crystal like texture of the sand
Melts my feet, as I relax, beer in hand
Sun warms my bare skin
As the waves splash against my shin
The sea breeze smells slightly salty
And for once in my life I have peace and tranquillity
As the sun casts shadows on the rock face
I realise this beats, logging onto myspace
I never realised that the sea was made up of so much blue?
This beats chatting on msn and yahoo
Nature is real the Internet is a fraud
Time consuming, lifeless and it makes me bored
On this beach, I understand
That life is better with no wires in the sand

2008: Taken from my new collection of poems 'The Brightraven Chronicles'
