Sitting on the DockSitting on the Dock She goes down on the dock, To gaze upon the water, Lost in thought round the clock, She sees her love life falter. For she has no one in her life, Other than her family, Raising her children thru toll and strife, Longing to live happily. Fear not, not all is lost, For our little beauty, There is a light coming across, The ripple of life and duty. The love of her life comes to her, Like angels upon the wing, Singing her praise for all days, Now isn't that a wonderful thing. Now she can smile for that extra mile, It takes to get her thru the day, For she knows that he awaits, With a beautiful bouquet. Copyright 2008 William M.
