I don't know how to tell it,
I don't know where to start, So if you please, bear with me, While I tell it from my heart. We go though life each day, And we see people all around, But we have special people, And friendship's there to be found! Now, life has its ups and downs, We all know that's true, But some friends are so special, Friends good and true, like you. We all have hills to climb, And dips so very deep, Countless days of upset, And also lack of sleep. But one way or another! We deal with our struggle and strife, For no one said it was easy, To tread this path of life… When we feel so burdened! And the weight's too much to bear! That's when we turn to friends, Friends who truly care. A shoulder there to cry on, A heart so good and deep, As wide as any ocean, To help us climb that hill so steep. People like you are precious, Friends so good and true, Your worth can never be told, That's why this poems for you. These aren't just words on a page, For this comes from my heart, We shall always stay together, And we shall never part. Now as you will have gathered, I'm trying to let you know, You'll always be in my heart, Everywhere I go. You're very special to me, You're worth could not be told, I cant describe the way I feel, You're more precious to me than gold. So then, there you have it! This special poem from me, Written down in black and white, For all the world to see. Not much more I can say, Except no matter where you may be.
