A MAGIC SPELL

A MAGIC SPELL

I used to hear a distant cry
As in the night sky I would fly,
I swooped down low to find out why
I often heard this lonely cry.

Sitting alone her tears did fall
And to her love her heart would call,
To her breast his picture she held
And all the time her tears just welled.

I must do something I resolved
So I must get myself involved,
The crystal ball will be my eye
Then to her aid I can fly.

Waving my hands over the ball
On all my powers I do call,
As the crystal becomes clear
There she sits shedding a tear.

Her love is far away from her
She wishes too that she was there,
But I`ll not send her anywhere
I`ll bring him back, her love to share.

A love potion goes in the pot
It`ll show him the love she`s got,
He will long to return to her
And show her that he really does care.

I`ll stir and I will cast my spell
But the words I say I`ll never tell,
All nice things go into the pot
No slimy things or gooy snot.

He will get the spell that I mix
The situation I will fix,
To her arms he will fly with haste
A minute of time he won`t waste.

When I fly by that place again
She`ll be happy and have no pain,
In each other`s arms they will be
And it`ll all be down to me.
