 THE TRAVELING LIFELONG BUSH POET

When Man and Nature

Here we are all upon our earth
One planet and one race~
But this world is being split right in two
At a rather swiftly a pace~
A planet getting towards being more so divided
By the many powers that rule all each day~
And the good and caring that wish to save it
And see it again as it was once back in time away~
Earth being the only planet we all live upon
And it is suffering so come what may~
But there will always be those on earth that feel
That earth is only here to provide for their pay~
After earth can no longer give any more at all
And the takers have run out of gain~
Where then is the human race then to go
A place in space of ocean, sunshine and of rain~
We have almost reached a point it's so true
Upon our beautiful planet of worth~
But too much taking and not enough giving
And soon a one day dead planet earth~
A child could see whats been happening
But then only a child would probably care~
We all have not got that far to go now
To where earth can no longer bare~
Wealth is becoming all that on earth matters
More so now than ever before~
There are no powers above the takers on earth
Not in the human race and that's for sure~
The little gardeners of earth can all see
Whats been happening for ever so long~
But their voices squeaks in the blowing winds
And are unheard by those that rule ever so strong~
Some feel nothing is beyond their control
They can abuse and take forever and a day~
But nature it has their number in life
And it's already beginning to have it's say~
All the money upon this earth there is in existence
Will not buy a way out when earths had enough~
Of being always the giver and never the taker
The result if kept up could be rough~
But the one thing that will only set example
To let them know earth can hardly give more~
If not being given something back in return
Is for man and nature to then go to war~
Some see earth as a game of monopoly
And that game they play every day~
Others see a planet screaming out for attention
But it's call is not heard by those that all play~
I shiver to think where we all will be
In only a matter of time yet to come~
We cannot take anything with us when we leave
To think so is stupidity dumb~
But a world wide common sense it is needed
For so many to stop as one and to think~
Now way before it is ever too late
Before our planet earth is then on the brink~
The little carers they can all see ever clearly
But their sight doesn't carry any weight~
And the takers and abusers they still play on
As they will do until it's too late~
A oneness on earth is so overdue now
So many just don't care any more~
But the time is one day arriving
When man on earth and nature will go to war~
