AFRAID OF THE DARK
Waking up disoriented
My heart racing in fear
I can not see
Fear of the dark
what is near that
I can not see.
Do I hear something
what was that sound
I can not see.
Laying there frozen
is someone near
I can not see
Its been awhile
no sound, but I am
still afraid of the dark
