Humor
Humor
They say a sense of humor,
Is a very important thing,
I am inclined to believe this is so,
Because of the good feelings it brings,
For if we cannot laugh at ourselves,
Along with all our friends,
You might as well be on a shelf,
Waiting for the end.
I don't know about you dear friend,
But I am not ready for that,
I would rather amuse myself,
Than to sit and stare and not chat.
Once we grin it will begin,
To make us feel better about ourselves,
Why miss the chance to further our stance,
When the alternative is just pure hell.
