Nature and GodSummers blue sky filled with birds of song Buzzing busy insects on the wild flowers That cold penetrating chill of winter gone What wonders there are in God's powers? Like the eerie silence of a steamy night Or tuffs of white clouds sailing so high A woman's warm smile in the morning light Rain drops cascading like tears from the shy The smell of sweet grass after a thunder storm Salty marshes aroma whipped by a gentle wind A loved one so close so near so warm Nature so full of life goes through so many trends Celestial aurora's reflected on mirrored waters A blue tailed lizard on a white washed fence Wonders given to us by the Heavenly Father Life with compassion, with love it all makes sense Look deep into your spirit for unconquered love Gaze on the moon against the night sky of cobalt blue Knowing that all come from Him above Mother Nature cares for herself and He does for you Keep it all so dear deep in your heart This beautiful world of ours so sweet Enjoy each change of the season from its start Always remember our souls are in His Keep Edwin J.
