Mr Motability Himself!!Andy Stewart! This is a special thank you! For a very special man! Now I came to see Andy one day, Such a sad day it was for me, And he gave me some information- That changed my life you see! I was in such a state, oh but I was, And I was on the verge of tears… Oh woe, oh woe, there was I - Sitting there full of future fears! I was in a very bad situation, And the advice Andy gave to me, Has changed my life completely, As you are about to see… Every time I drove my car, My clutch leg was all but knackered, You wouldn't believe me, really, But the pain, it had me shattered! So I became a couch potato, And sat at home most of the week, Oh me and my poor spine and leg, No solace could I seek! Then this is where Andy comes in, He told me what I should do, And said that there is help out there, So that's why I'm writing to you! He advised me what I needed to do, And so I did the deed that week, So sad was I, no wonder I cry… For solace I just couldn't seek! He said to make a phone call; Then sent the letter he told me to write And the next thing I knew it, here I am! At the end of my painful plight! Now I have to be quite honest here, I didn't think it would help! Then I got a phone call to say it was sorted! You should have heard me yelp! They took my plight seriously so! And cancelled my finance with them! And told me to go and see Andy, And so off we went to Lookers again! They said to choose an automatic car, Which I would be able to drive! So now I could go out and drive as much as I want, Oh its great to be alive! So back to Andy lad we went, And ordered an automatic car! And now I am no longer a couch potato! Cos I can drive near and far! (Well, ok, not a lot, but I do my best!) So today Andy drove out of your shop, In a brand new Meriva AUTOMATIC car! Brought it to my home this day! Yep, that lad Andy Stewart really is a star!!! And this only came about cos of Andy's caring! Because his heart is really great! So now you are stuck with me forever, At every 3 years Motability renewal date! Now I spotted a ‘gold award' thingy on his desk today, And I had a little thought! I think he deserves a ‘gold star plus' award, For people like him just can't be bought! I have to say there are not many... That are as decent as that lad there! Cos some just don't take an interest like that, But he does, why? It's called; ‘care!' And though some of this ditty may be funny, Trust me, it's a very special letter! To say a great big thank you to Andy, Cos he's just made my life so much better!!! And if there were more people like him in the world… Wouldn't this world be a really wonderful place to be!!!
