Blooming Servants
Has anyone believed,
Or are feeling deceived;
Of the mighty power,
From rain in a shower.
Plants sprout where ground is dry,
To whence a cloud doth cry;
And so where there was gloom
Now has burst into a bloom.
As it feeds a young plant,
Dancing just as a chant;
Down deep into the root,
So later to bear fruit.
Just as the servant grows,
Although endures the woes;
The water through your life,
Helps tolerate the strife.
That is why we obey,
The Lord everyday;
Rewarded by the rain,
As we weather the pain.
