I seen the light from on the hill
My very soul my Savior filled
No more darkness will enter in
For My Jesus washed away my sin
It was a day of my youth
That my body He did consume
I wasn't sure way back then
But now I know it's when He moved in
Sweet sweet Spirit that guides my steps
Will never lead me unto death
The greatest love I've ever known
Is when my Jesus made me whole
This song He put into my heart
And so I pray to this impart
He is the lighthouse to run into
For He will never forsake you
Come into the shelter of His wings
New life He offers and will bring
Peace to your soul forever more
This precious love you will adore
Come one come all can't you hear
Your Savior Jesus loves you so dear
He wants to wipe away your tears
By His unfailing love hide you from fear
For He is the lighthouse that lights our way
He wants to fellowship with you today
To remove the strongholds in your life
To remove all pain, hurt and strife
Are you broken hearted and feel downtrodden
Run into the safehouse of the only begotten
He is a shelter from any storm
You can trust Him to keep you from harm
