Never wanted me Written at 14 years old She's here She's waiting She's standing there across the way You don't know why The religious streak goes over You can't help Satan hits you You know there is one way to ask her Why let shyness take over you If you want her Such a shame to bear You will miss the girl Go on and tell them you want her Don't think she's out of your league Coz she isn't She's here She's waiting Waiting Waiting For you to ask You know there is only one halal way to ask Be prepared Written at 17 years old Now i realized you never wanted me How you broke my heart Making me think i ever stood a chance No guy liked me You did and it was all a lie Just a little fun Did you talk to your mates Did you show them How i accepted the rose Yes you did they were sitting right next to you I was too shy to come over, but everyone told me to go Then I'm willing to give all my love to you To bring you here Being a man and a woman Portraying both roles for you And to find you never wanted me Poetry Ad-Free Upgrades Vote for this poem
