WEATHER FORECAST

The puppies are whining
For sleep I am pining
Not use to being a mom
Stomach put upon

Can't take it when they cry
Feel as though the sky
Is going to cave in
When will it end

Exhaustively writing
Have to keep fighting
For their little beings
A storm's what I'm seeing

In life today
Close my eyes and pray
For the patience I need
Dear God, please take heed

On this worn out old soul
Let the time in me roll
Back to strong
When life was long

As a warm summer day
Please bring some peace my way
Give me time for a bath
Bring a smile and a laugh

To this ill body
You built nothing shoddy
Feeling so worn out
I'm going to pout

Please make the weather better
I pray to you, Lord, in this letter
Or I'm not going to make it
Too weak to try to take it

I cannot cope
At the end of my rope
The words are coming undone
In my life no fun

Just all work
Devil does lurk
There in the black
Please send him back

Down to hell
Give me the love to tell
Satan don't be waiting
I don't need his hating

Filling my heart
Cannot be a part
Of this terrible weather
Dear God, please help me keep it together.

That extra day of the must have been difficult.
Thank God time passes on. cj 4/6/2008 1923
