The End Result.
Life can be nasty, and sad,
What the hell is it all about?
All we have is torment,
Of that there is no doubt!
Life is really harsh sometimes,
There isn't any doubt,
But we have to plod along,
And work our problems out.
When we wake each morning,
We never know what we'll find?
What fate lies before us?
Will it be harsh or kind?
We get bad news sometimes,
And cant see the wood for the trees,
Especially if its a megga blow,
It can bring you to your knees!
Your insides start to shake,
And your heart goes off its head,
And all because of the thought,
'Am I going to end up dead?'
Our mind is thrown into turmoil,
Can't get the fear out of our head,
We're backed against a wall,
Through the fear of being dead!
But, what can we do...?
Cos it's no good asking, why!
No matter how we react,
The end result is we're going to die.
It doesn't matter when that is though,
Because no matter who we are, you see
In the end, thats the result,
That's the finality for you and me!
It's just another chapter in a book,
Like a story, it will all unfold,
Then and only then will we see,
What fate we all behold?
But, no use being upset,
And no point being sad and blue,
Rather we get on with life the best we can,
It's the least that we can do!
So this I have to say...
No matter the worries you fear,
You can't change it by crying,
Just be thankful for each day you're here!
I'm not winging my life away,
It won't do any good at all,
At the end of the day, come what may,
We all end up getting the call!
Fear is a bad thing to have,
It's a negative, total waste,
So get rid of those awful thoughts,
And your fears you will go post haste!
