The Inviting Beams
Chaos surrounded the crumbling walls of my life.
Insidious evil wrapped its stony fingers round my heart.
Terrible thoughts of devious deeds continually invaded my mind.
My soul wass enveloped by the shimmering spectres
of blood thirsty demonic desires.
'Til I looked upon the inviting beams
of the old rugged cross and found salvation.
