I often struggle with lack of sleep
Stemming from late hours I keep
Through illness I now clearly see
Going to bed earlier remains key
With determination in my heart
Being consistent from the start
I can change old habits and ways
Allowing God to guide me always
While it will not happen overnight
Having set goals will give me insight
As step by step I have more energy
Relying on His strength and ability
Maintain a schedule each day to rise
Keeping same time to close my eyes
Eventually I will feel refreshed anew
Exercising is an important factor too
With new perspective and changes in place
Reflecting more of His likeness and grace
My spiritual life will begin to grow more
Focusing on Him and what He has in store

And we, who with unveiled faces all reflect the Lord's glory,
are being transformed into his likeness with ever-increasing
glory, which comes from the Lord, who is the Spirit.
