The Little Things

 Photobucket

The seasons come and the seasons go
We sow a little sunshine, rain, and snow
It's the way God meant our lives to be

We inhale a little hope, reap a little happiness
Taste a little pain, hurt a little less
It's the little things He planned for you and me

Little things can mean a lot
If we can glimpse His great big love
They're a roadmap of a Master plan
Designed from up above

The moments come and the moments go
Life whizzes by and before we know
We're almost finished with that last little chore

We walk a little slower, forget a little faster
It's just a little farther before we reach The Master
One last little step will take us to The Door

Little things can mean a lot
If we can understand the plan
It'll take us through the little things
Up to the Promised Land.

A Little Bit of Love Will Go a Long Ways,
(c)Doris Jacobs-Covington

"I press toward the goal for the prize
of the upward call of God in Christ Jesus."
Philippians 3:14
