Hypocrites Prayer
God of Majesty,
Look on our tragedy,
Made in your image,
Turned into carnage.
God of pure justice
Injustice frustrates us
But a blind eye we choose
We never cheat to loose.
God of eternity
Our glorious paternity,
Your name should be reverenced,
But cursed in indifference.
God of generosity
You conflict with philosophy
That says we can earn,
You dismiss such to burn.
God of great mercy,
Forgive our hypocrisy
We repent of our ways
Bow and sing your great praise.
