Channel your thoughts to positive ones,
And relax your mind at length.

And the world has lost its lustre,
Pick yourself up, dust yourself down,
And gather all the strength you can muster!
No one said it was easy,
In fact, it's really tough,
Every day is a fight every fight is a trial,
Because life is so damned tough!
But life is what you make it,
And no matter how low you may feel,
There's always an answer if you look,
And there's always a way to heal!
So when you're weary and tired and blue,
And you feel you've had all you can bear,
Look around and you will find,
There's a shoulder just waiting there.
Don't look behind, look ahead,
And lean on your friend for a time,
For one day soon you'll see,
Once more you'll be feeling fine!
We only have one life,
And a rehearsal it is not,
So be strong of heart,
And be thankful for what you've got!
