Adventures and new places to see~
Life was a lifelong excitement
Now ever so smaller it be~
Once it took months on a sail ship
Now just days upon a plane~
Once the world it was one world
Now it will never be the same~
Once all people they had time
To live,learn and to grow~
These days ask anyone
Almost everything they say they know~
Once people they wrote letters
Now e mails in seconds they fly~
Once the world it was larger
But that time it said goodbye~
Once trees had time to grow tall
A peace upon earth never to return~
Once ever so much beauty
Once they got hungry for money to burn~
Now the world is so tiny
That tranquility no more~
