The Servant of the LORD
O Lord I am here,
For your servant waits;
As the time draws near,
My heart anticipates.
I am very pleased,
In waiting to serve;
My mind has been eased,
Giving me the verve.
I feel your Spirit,
Who keeps me going;
So I will not quit,
As He's bestowing.
Upon your return,
When I hear You say,
As to all will learn,
About the new day.
I wait for the time,
When You do arrive;
And I make that climb,
Letting me survive.
