My Friend Jesus
Do you know my friend? His name is Jesus.
He died on the cross to free us.
He did it to take our sins away.
Yes, His precious blood poured out that day.
A price for souls only the Lamb of God could pay
Thank you, God, for giving your son to show us the way.
Once you believe what he's done for me and you.
The Holy Spirit will guide in the ways that are true.
Jesus is with us no matter where we go.
Get in the Bible and your Holy Spirit will grow.
Just have faith that we are saved by grace.
Don't let Satan deceive you. Tell Him to get out of your face.
Just call on Jesus if you start to fall, there's no prayer
too big or small.
I want to show God's love to one and all.
There's no trial on earth too big to bear.
Take it to God. He knows our every need and cares.
