New Life Enticed
In the past your were dead,
From sin what Satan fed;
Causing you to fight God,
That made you become flawed.
You followed of this earth,
Obeyed Satan since birth;
All because you were weak,
From desires you seek.
But God has compassion,
And will give redemption;
Through Christ willing to save,
New life after the grave.
Better than we deserve,
His Laws we don't observe;
But by faith within Christ,
From death to life enticed.
Enticed to keep His rules,
Not to be just some fools;
For us to do good things,
And live the life it brings.
