Round And Round

Round and Round

Upon a very lonely moon
You sit within the twinkling stars
Reaching to find your "Someday's soon"
To see only once again the "Where you are"

Round and round and round you go
Put aside your dreams to never know
The stars so bright of distant days
No longer seen through confusion's haze

Sweet princess of the lonely moon
Always wondering

"What shall I do?"

You live but for another day
Upon your heart your tears to play

A circle that never finds the end
To start the whole walk yet again

Have you forgotten dreams can come true
My Princess of the distant moon

Reach out your hands
And grasp the stars

Feel the power
Of who YOU are?

Dream your dreams
Let them shine
Reclaim the smiles
You've left behind

Dream for two if that is what must be
You cannot force another heart to see

Your circles never seem to find an end
Round and round . . . And round again?

It is so hard to understand
Why life does not turn out as we've planned

Yesterday not dead and gone?

My Dearest Kim
My heart too cries for your mournful song

A few words I give back to you today
A very wise young woman had this to say

While everything You say is true
My Mother's heart still weeps for you

"You have to take
The good with the bad

Smile with the sad

Love what you've got
And remember what you had

Always forgive
But never forget

Learn from your mistakes
But never regret

People Change
Things Go Wrong

But just remember ...

Life goes on"

You have spent your time
Taking the good with the bad

Too many tears shed
For the smiles that you've had?

You cannot bring another heart to see

Until the day

"We"

Does not mean

"Only Me"

Round and round and round you go
When does it stop

Only you can know

I love you Kimberly
