What Is That Sound
Click Click Clicking
You sit alone at the midnight hour
What is that sound your hearing
You look at the clock
No it cant be... that is ticking
With each passing minute
the sound is increasing
growing louder and louder
its a Click Click Clicking
Oh that deafening silent sound
that I have heard for oh too long
is now what you hear
but it is I who now sings a clicking song
You cant imagine it to be
that I could actually do
To gain the strength
finally break free of you
The things that are mine
is our only tie
You refuse to release
for that final good bye
Frank what falls upon you now
Is a cost you asked for
For it is I who will finish
and finally shut the door
It is from your heart of stone
my footprints make the clicking
You lose... your out of time
Your clock is done ticking
My head held high
my heart numb to your pain
It is only I left standing
as I break free of your chain
It is my clicking shoes
upon the marble floors
The long arm of justice
will finally shut the door
