There comes a time in our lives
When our days become hard and long
And the days that we have left become few
That day will come for me as it has
Come for you

I remember our little talks
And how we would hug and kiss
As we would walk towards the door
I will remember your gentle demeanor
And sweetness forevermore

I will miss you but there is one fact
We cannot deny ... we were all born
And it is inevitable that we die
What matters most are the good deeds
Done while we were alive
Those are the things that matter most ...
Fond memories that survive

So, I bid you farewell, fair lady,
Good wife, good mother, Black Queen
Sleep now beloved … sleep ...
None can escape death ...
It is as Allah has decreed
