The River of Life
An angel showed to me,
A river I could see;
The water did appear,
That it was crystal clear.
The waters that gave life,
Were flowing here in rife;
The angel then had shown,
The source was from a throne.
It was the Great I Am,
Seated next to the Lamb;
I felt no other choice,
To honor and rejoice.
Each side the water flowed,
Trees with fruit were bestowed;
It was fruit for giving,
New life kept you living.
No longer was there night,
For the Lord will shine bright;
Ruler of the new earth,
Giving us a rebirth.
