Dreamcatcher

Today is first day,
Of the rest of my life,
A day of joy,
Of peaceful thought,
I close my eyes,
To see a future of love unthought,
A dream of dreams,
Of love to be caught,
In the heart,
As it beats,
Like a drum as it repeats,
It echo's to the mind,
As I catch a glimpse ,
Of the face of love,
Was it a coincidence ,
Can i be sure that it was,
When I open my eyes and take a look,
That beautiful face,
Is still in the same place,
A smile that has stopped,
The pace of my heart,
That turns my mind to time and place,
Only a kiss and embrace ,
Will turn my love,
To the dreamcatchers fate.
