Depression
It's like being in a square box
Every day things are the same
You see only stumbling blocks
Some days don't even know your name
The square box with its four dark corners
Feeling like you can't get out
Down and forlorn
In reality, you have to move about
Each day, more and more stuff
Thrown on top of you
You've had enough
Feeling depressed and blue
You think and think
Your mind seems out of control
They say you need a shrink
You try to take hold
Each day, you hide
You go to one of the four dark corners
You stay hidden deep inside
You feel broken and torn
No peace of mind
You need a plan
No matter where you go, it's you they find
Try to get out if you can
They will close the box and seal
You feel your mind is in locks
You can heal
You have to get out of that square box
