 wordrider's world

              Song I must learn

               v-1
that song on the radio,
to my heart does flow.
telling the story,
of all of love's glory.
i know that i must learn,
how your memories to burn,
as i sit here watching the raising flames,
no more thinking of all your games.

             chorus
a memory burnt,
by this song i have learned.
a song that burns away,
most of the pain of yesterday.

             v-2
the song speaks of love so loud,
the kind that makes your heart proud.
there will be no leaving,
no lies, no disbelieving.
nothing to be found,
to show someone running around.

               chorus
a memory burnt,
by this song i have learned.
a song that burns away,
most of the pain of yesterday.

               bridge
yesterday's love songs forgotten,
the love of today gotten.

                v-3
yes a song so right,
you sing it every day and night.
a song that brings a smile,
as you walk each of life's mile.

              chorus
a memory burnt,
by this song i have learned.
a song that burns away,
most of the pain of yesterday.

a song that burns away,
most of the pain of yesterday.
