 Cashing in my chips
I once lived for booze and tits
But now it's time to cash in my chips
The watered down beer and schoolboy crush
Smoking gear and the head rush
Getting drunk and all night dancing
Spending money on gambling
Don't get me wrong I'll still bet
But now, like everything, without regret
I'm waving goodbye to certain things
And will be wise with my savings
No, Night bus home in the early hour
Or going to work without a shower
Strange girls numbers on my phone
And living inside the twilight zone
Sex and Drugs and Heavy Metal
But now I think it's time to settle
Car, house, work and a family
Cosy nights in with a DVD
Cut down on drink and the cig
Still go travelling and watch a gig
But I no longer want it all
I'm not taking away my football
But life's no longer all about me
Now I've someone to make me happy
I fear I'm running out of charms
So now I'm laying down my arms
I've had surgery to take out my 2nd brain
The one in my d!ck that was driving me insane
I promise you it's not a fad
I'll always be a West London lad
But now's the time to cash in my chips
And embrace the joy of relationships.
