Petals In The Grass

Amnesia

Davastating reflections
That will not resign
A severe case of amnesia
Would do me fine

No matter how I try
I just can't forget
While in my head
Their always a threat

Wishing they would go
And leave me alone
Their intentions
Are very well known

Thoughts of suicide
It could be my cure
Don't know how much more
I can endure

I'm not looking for pity
I'm not here to whine
But a severe case of amnesia
Would do me fine
