OUR DISPOSABLE WORLD: UPDATED 2008 VIEW

                    OUR DISPOSABLE WORLD

                    Is our world disposable?

Have we arrived at the point that we

view each other as needless, pointless, &

worthy of "death,"  because of differences?

                 Disposable, to whom, by whom?

God's call is the final call, to that end

we are all inevitably disposable for a prearranged

appointment we must answer, no matter what we are doing

                   or where we are......."Death."

Death, finality, knows no age, size, gender, ethnicity,

nor religion, we were born with a price; and are disposable by

                   one final judge & arbitrator.

However, the question remains do we view disposing of each other, and destroying one another

acceptable behavior?  Can we truly create a life?  Why take one?

Everything seems disposable: paper plates, paper cups, plastic flatware.......

It seems as though most things are:"throw away things."

                  I still am left wandering whether man will ever get to the point that he views himself as disposable, rather than human;

                  just another "disposable thing."

                  I hope not!

But, somehow it is a given perhaps, if we keep our disposable way of thinking.

OUR DISPOSABLE WORLD RE-CRAFTED FROM THE ORIGINAL VERSION PRINTED IN 1987.
