Petals In The Grass
Damaged
No place to hide
Nowhere to run
Troubled everyday
By the damage that's been done
An infinite mountain
On which I climb
Nothing seems to help
Not even time
In the bowels of depression
Is where I live
Robbed of a childhood
I just can't forgive
Darker and darker
Darker I become
Lost in a world
Where my reality is numb
The clouds of yesterday
Continues to block the sun
Troubled everyday
By the damage that's been done
Nowhere to run
Troubled everyday
By the damage that's been done
An infinite mountain
On which I climb
Nothing seems to help
Not even time
In the bowels of depression
Is where I live
Robbed of a childhood
I just can't forgive
Darker and darker
Darker I become
Lost in a world
Where my reality is numb
The clouds of yesterday
Continues to block the sun
Troubled everyday
By the damage that's been done
